User has option to register on web application with buttons that are pre-defined:

Similar registration form is on mobile application:

In settings under Clocking devices administrator can edit default buttons that are shown on mobile application, web application or time terminal (in effect for all users).

Events in the mobile application can be restricted to specific locations, so that when a user arrives directly at the company address, they can register Arrival, Departure, and Break. However, if they go to the field, for example, to a branch in Koper, they will have different buttons available on the mobile application, such as Fieldwork and Departure.

Events in the web application can be restricted to specific departments, allowing differentiation, such as the “Sales” department being able to enter Arrival, Departure, Break, and Business Exit through the web application, while another department, such as “Administration,” can enter different events, such as Arrival, Departure, Work from Home, and Private Exit.

Mobile:

Under section Overrides settings can be adjusted to specific locations. In clocking points we can create geolocations (SPICA HQ) and if user is in that location he will have different buttons.

Web:

Default buttons are visible to all users, unless administrator creates an override for specific departments.

Under Override administrator can insert department (accounting, sales,...) that have different events on clocking buttons.
