All archived users can be found under the Users tab. You can choose to include or exclude them from reporting views such as reports, timesheets, or calendars.
Steps:
In the Users section, set the display to show archived users.
Click on the user to open their profile.
Navigate to the Time & Attendance tab.
Check the box labeled “Show on Time & Attendance views” and save the changes.
The user will now appear in all views alongside active users. To remove them from these views, simply uncheck the box and save.
