Creating a work plan for shift work requires having predefined time policies for each shift that will be needed (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
Time policies (schedules) need to be created and then entered into the work plan, where we enable automatic selection based on the user’s arrival.
Once all the required shifts have been created, they need to be entered into the work plan.
Time policies (shifts) should be arranged by priority (schedules with an earlier start time must have a higher priority), and then arrival windows should be configured.
The arrival window determines which schedule will be applied based on the time of registration (clock-in entry).
Save the work plan and now it can be assigned to users.
