On the All Hours homepage, you will see the attendance display on the right side, which is visible to all users of your account, regardless of their authorization role. This display is useful because your employees can also see who is present, who is on break, who is working from home today, etc.
If you want to hide it, so it's not visible to all users, you can do it in the authorization roles
In every authorization role, there is a field called “Presence view privileges”
Views:
• Home widget
• Presence
The first option includes the Presence view on the Home page, while the second option adds an additional Presence tab.
The main difference is that in the Presence tab, you can set any date and time, allowing you to see who was present or absent at that specific moment. On the Home page, the presence is displayed only for the current day.
Data:
• View presence data without restrictions
• Show detailed presence information (last clocking, absence type)
The first option allows the user to see all employees in the application, even if they are restricted to specific departments and can only edit selected ones. The second option enables the user to see not only the presence status but also the registration time and the name of the absence, if entered.
