Go to your mobile store (Google play, App store, Huawei AppGallery) and download Spica All Hours.
2. First login
You need to set a password via the invitation link, which you will receive by e-mail from your administrator.
Username: unique email address
Password: set any password, considering requirements for safety
3. Forgotten password or change password
It happens we can't remember our password, don't worry you can easily change it.
On the login page, select the Forgot Password option.
Enter your email address and select Send instructions.
You will receive an e-mail in which you select the Change password option
Enter your email address in the username field. In the password field, enter your new password, taking into account all requirements.
You will use this new password for all further logins in the mobile and online application All Hours.
4. Clocking
After a successful login, All Hours immediately displays home view, where you can clock in or select an event e.g. arrival, departure,... Clicking on the more button additional clocking options open up.
5. Profile
Here you can set reminders:
Location - if you want the system to remind you to clock when you arrive at the office or leave (it is a condition that you have to have the location turned on your phone)
Time - tell All Hours when do you want a notification reminder to pop up on you phone to clock
6. Timelines
Here you can check the events that you registered on a specific day. You can also track your daily balance and running balance for the period. Details of time counters are visible in the billing details.
Clocking - in case you forgot to clock you can add forgotten events here.
Select "+ clocking", the forgotten event, date and time, and optionally add a comment and confirm with "add clocking". If you are an administrator in the application, the forgotten event will be confirmed immediately and recorded in the bill. This option needs to be allowed in authorization roles for other employees. We recommend setting request approval from the administrator, so the request will be forwarded for confirmation to your superior.
Absence - with the "+ absence" button you can submit an absence (leave, sick leave ...). Select "+ absence", type of absence, date or time period, optionally add a comment and confirm with "add". If you are an administrator in the application, the forgotten event will be confirmed immediately and recorded in the bill. This option needs to be allowed in authorization roles for other employees. We recommend setting request approval from the administrator, so the request will be forwarded for confirmation to your superior.
7. Absences
The remaining vacation balance in days is displayed here. Below is the status of submitted absence requests - whether they have already been approved, pending, or rejected.
8. Presence
Users status display (present, absent, missing, ..).
