Setting up automated vacation reports after approve absence

Customers can now automate the process of sending official annual leave confirmation letters. These letters include detailed information about the annual leave, such as approval details and request specifics. Additionally, you can customize the letter with tailored content, including specific confirmation messages or legal statements.

  1. Open Settings > Automation.

  2. Click on “Create New Automated Report from Scratch”.


3. Select “Vacation Report”, and define who will receive the report once it is approved.

• This can be configured under the “Users” section.

4. Under Notes/Terms, administrators can insert custom text that will appear on the report.

5. Save the report. It will then be activated and will automatically send an email once an absence is approved.

Note: All accounts include 10 reports monthly for free. Additional quota can be purchased in the Billing tab.
