The application allows for restrictions on event entries, such as registration, absence, or corrections.

You can restrict events to:

  1. All users: All users can enter the event.

  2. Users with administrative permissions: Only users with administrative rights (administrator and manager) can enter the event.

  3. Tagged users: Restrict entries to a specific group or user with a designated tag.

If you select the last option and restrict an event by tag, you must first create the tag and then assign it to users who are permitted to enter this type of event.

  1. Create the tag

  2. Assign the tag to users

  3. Restrict the event to the tag

When entering an event, users with multiple permissions may see a longer list of entry options.

Example: The "Work from home" event is only visible to administrators as per the restriction, so other users cannot enter it.
