Automate the sending of reports to users

The application enables automatic sending of payroll reports in PDF format to users’ email addresses.

Each month, 10 messages can be sent for free. After reaching this limit, additional messages can be purchased in Settings > Billing.

Automated Report “First Arrival / Last Departure”

This feature creates a monthly task that automatically sends users a report about their first arrival and last departure at work.

Users will receive their report in PDF format, as shown in the example image.

Creating Custom Tasks for Automatic Report Sending

You can set up custom tasks for sending reports automatically. The configuration includes:

  • Task name

  • Report type (personal or group report)

  • Recipients

  • Time period (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

  • Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

Steps to Set Up an Automatic Report

1. Define the task name.

2. Select the report type:

  • PERSONAL REPORT → Sent to multiple users, each receiving their own data.

  • GROUP REPORT → Sent to a single user but includes data for multiple users.

  • VACATION REPORT → Sent to a single user after approving vacation absence

3. Select users whose data will be included:

  • All users

  • A specific department

  • A specific tag

  • A specific user

4. Define who will receive the report.

5. Select the report content and data range:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 10 days

  • Current week

  • Current month

  • Last week

  • Last month

6. Set the sending schedule, start date, and time zone:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Monthly

7. Optional: Send a copy of the report

  • A duplicate PDF copy can be sent to a specified email.

Managing Automated Report Tasks

  • Multiple tasks can be active at the same time, each sending reports to users automatically.

  • You can check if a report was sent in Reports > Events Log.
