First sign-in

Home page
After you sign in, the home page opens. It brings together the features you use every day:
Web Clock – recording arrivals, departures and other events,
My day – today's clockings and later entries,
My Absence Requests – absence requests and your remaining vacation days,
Presence – the current status of your co-workers.
Recording working time
Record your events in real time using the buttons in the Web Clock section:
Arrival – when you start work,
Break – when your break starts; click Arrival when you return,
Business departure – when you leave for a business errand,
Work from home – when you start working from home,
Departure – at the end of the working day.
The available buttons depend on your company's settings. Your current presence status and hour balance are shown above the buttons; click Balance to display your balance.
Later entries and absences
If you forgot to record an event or want to request an absence, use the buttons below. The entry is sent to your manager for approval, and All Hours notifies you of the decision by email.
Add clocking – in the My day section; use it when you forgot to clock an event, such as an arrival or departure.
Add absence – in the My Absence Requests section; use it to request an absence, such as annual leave or sick leave.
Presence of co-workers
The Presence panel on the right side of the home page shows the current status of your co-workers, such as present, absent, on break or working from home. You can filter the list by user, department and tags.
Note: If the Presence panel is not visible, it has been disabled in your company's settings.
Reviewing your working time
A more detailed overview of your hours is available in the Timelines and Calendars menus.

Shows your presence for the whole month. The last two columns show the daily and running balance, and the panel on the right summarises your balance, paid time and violations.
